无菌物品追溯管理系统的应用

Application of tracking management system of sterile items

目的加强可重复使用无菌物品的管理,实现无菌物品的质量追溯。方法采用二维条码及扫描技术对可复用无菌物品供应链进行全程跟追管理,对物品处理各环节进行全程跟追,信息实时采集,实现无菌物品的质量追溯。结果该系统利用先进的二维条码技术对消毒供应中心物品供应链进行全程跟追,使消毒供应中心业务流程数据透明化、可视化、可追溯化;通过与医院HIS系统相关联,实现了全院所有临床科室可重复使用无菌物品的信息化追溯管理,提高了管理质量和效率。结论消毒供应中心无菌物品信息化追溯管理既能提高管理质量,又能提高工作质量及工作效率,降低医院感染率。

OBJECTIVE To better the management of reusable medical devices so as to realize the traceability of quality of sterile items.METHODS By means of bar cods and scanning techniqus,the whole process of tracing management of supply chain of sterile items was conducted,the real-time of information collection was performed to achieve the quality tracking of the sterile items.RESULTS Taking advantage of the advanced techniques,we tracked the sterile medical items in an easily accessible,visualized and recorded way.In addition,all reusable medical items used in clinical practices could be tracked in a qualified and efficient manner by connecting the bar code system to HIS system of the hospital.CONCLUSION Management,performance,and working efficiency are highly improved while hospital infection rate is decreased by adopting the sterile item tracking system.
