摘要
目的:分析有效沟通和舒适护理在院前急救中的运用和重要作用。方法:对本组879例患者实施院前急救,通过有效沟通与舒适护理,比较急救前后急救的成功率及患者、家属对医护人员的态度满意度。结果:本组患者院前急救成功率达到90.1%,急救失败率为9.9%;患者家属对急救后的满意度明显高于急救前。结论:正确实施院前急救,有效的护患沟通和人性化的护理,能显著提高急救成功率。
objective:To analysis effective communication and comfort care in the pre-hospital first aid important role.Method:Implementation of pre-hospital first aid for 879 patients,through effective communication and comfort care,before and after comparison first aid,first aid success rate,patients,family satisfaction.Result:90.1% success rate of pre-hospital first aid,failure rate of 9.9%;family members of patients satisfaction was higher than that of first aid before.Conclusion:Correct implementation of pre-hospital first aid,effective nurse-patient communication and humane care,can significantly improve the success rate of rescue.
