临床护理路径在慢性肾衰行动静脉内瘘患者中的应用研究

目的:探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)行动静脉内瘘术(arterio venous fistula,AF)患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择160例CRF行AF的患者,将其分为实验组和对照组,各80例,对照组采用常规护理(routine care,RC)、实验组使用CNP进行全程护理,观察患者术后并发症发生率、心理焦虑状况、健康教育知识掌握程度、平均住院天数、医疗费用,对护理工作满意度等。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者内瘘并发症发生率、住院天数以及住院费用都较低,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组的健康教育知识掌握率和满意度均增加,具有统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论:实施CNP,可有效降低患者的并发症发生率,减轻其心理焦虑程度,明显缩短其住院时间,减轻经济负担,提高患者健康教育知识掌握率及满意度,进而提高护理质量。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of clinical care path in chronic renal failure patients with arteriovenous fistula.Methods：160 cases chronic renal failure patients with intravenous fistula were divided into experimental group（80 cases） and control group（80 cases）.conventional care were applicated in control group and clinical care path in experimental group.The incidence of postoperative complications,psychological anxiety status,health education degree of knowledge,average hospital days,medical expenses and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results：The rate of fistula complication、length of stay and hospitalization costs of experiment group were lower compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significantly（p0.05）.The master rate of health education knowledge and satisfaction of experiment group were higher compared with control group（p0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of clinical care path can reduce complications and the status of patients with mental anxiety,while significantly shorten the hospitalization time,ease the financial burden,improve health education for patients to grasp the rate and satisfaction and improve quality of care.
