摘要
目的:分析探讨产科发生护理纠纷事件的原因,并提出有效的解决措施,为临床护理提供线索。方法:对我院产科住院患者中因护理工作发生纠纷的30份临床护理资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果:产科发生护理纠纷的原因主要为患者自身不安全因素、护理人员不安全因素和医院管理不安全因素三方面,采取有针对性的对策后,纠纷可以得到有效控制。结论:产科护理存在许多特殊性,发生纠纷的几率较其他科要高,采取多重预防和解决措施,可以有效减少纠纷的发生。
Objective:To analysis the cause of obstetrical department nursing dispute to provide effective measure.Methods:Choosed 30 cases of obstetrical department nursing dispute to analyze the clinical data.Results:Cause of obstetrical department nursing dispute occurred for the patient's own safety factor nursing staff unsafe factors and the hospital management is not safety factor three aspects,take pertinent countermeasures can effectively control after disputes.Conclusion:There are many particularity in obstetrical department nursing,the incidence of dispute is higher than other department to take multiple preventing and solving measures can effectively reduce happening of the dispute.
