丹鹿通督片治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Danlu Tongdu Tablets in the Treatment of LumbarD isc Herniation Observed

目的观察丹鹿通督片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将100例诊为腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用丹鹿通督片治疗,对照组采用针灸治疗,20天后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88%,治愈率为60%;对照组总有效率为78%,治愈率为38%。治疗前两组患者主要症状比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹鹿通督片治疗间盘突出症疗效确切。

[Objective]DanluTongdu tablets treatmentof lumbardisc herniation patients.[Methods]100 patients diagnosedwith lumbar disc herniationwere randomly divided into two groups,treatmentgroup Danlu Tongdu tablets treatmen,t acupuncture treatment controlgroup,20 days after the effectswere observed.[Results]The total effective ratewas88%,the cure ratewas60%;the controlgroup,the total effective rate was78%,the cure ratewas 38%.Themain symptoms before treatment difference between the two groupswere not statistically significant（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]Danlu Tongdu tablets exact treatment of lumbar discherniation.
