探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术和开放手术的疗效对比

Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor Resection and Open Surgical Treatment of Bladder Tumor Efficacy Analysis

目的:对比研究经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)和经开放手术行膀胱部分切除术对膀胱肿瘤的不同疗效。方法:选择2000年至2008年期间于我院就诊的膀胱肿瘤患者94例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例,观察组行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT),对照组经开放手术行膀胱部分切除术。观察记录手术时间、术中出血量及时间、术后肿瘤复发率,并进行统计学比较。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量及时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),术后肿瘤复发率两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)对于膀胱肿瘤的治疗较开放手术具有操作简便、创伤小、术后恢复快的优点,值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate transurethral resection of bladder tumor（TURBT） and partial cystectomy for bladder cancer patient in clinical efficacy.Methods：94 cases of hospital patients were randomly divided into two groups,the Bank of bladder tumor resection in 47 patients,as the observation group,will line partial cystectomy in 47 patients as control group.Effects of various indicators and the postoperative complication rate was used for statistical comparison.Results：TURBT group operative time,blood loss,time,significantly less than the open surgery group（P0.05）,postoperative recurrence was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：TURBT treatment of bladder cancer is simple,curative effect,patients faster recovery and so on.
