开放性植骨联合负压封闭引流治疗复杂性胫骨骨不连临床分析

Open planting bone joint negative pressure closed drainage for complex tibial nonunion clinical analysis

目的分析开放性植骨联合负压封闭引流治疗复杂性胫骨骨不连的临床疗效。方法以本院采取传统开放性植骨术治疗的24例复杂性胫骨骨不连患者作为对照组,以采取开放性植骨联合负压封闭引流术治疗的27例患者作为观察组,对比两组患者疗效及术后骨折愈合时间、肉芽覆盖创面时间、住院时间。结果观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组,P<0.01;观察组患者骨折愈合时间、肉芽覆盖创面时间、以及住院时间均显著短于对照组,P<0.01。结论开放性植骨联合负压封闭引流术治疗复杂性胫骨骨不连疗效确切,术后恢复时间短,可于临床治疗中推广应用。

objective to analyze open planting bone joint negative pressure closed drainage for complex tibial nonunion of clinical curative effect.Methods to adopt the traditional open surgery for bone graft of 24 cases of patients with complicated tibial nonunion patients as control group,in order to take open planting bone joint negative pressure closed drainage treatment of 27 patients as observation group,compared to two groups were curative effect and postoperative fracture healing time,granulation covering wound time,length of hospital stay.Results clinical curative effect observation group was superior to control group,P 0.01;The observation group patients fracture healing time,granulation covering wound time,and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than control group,P 0.01.Conclusion open planting bone joint negative pressure closed drainage for complex tibial nonunion curative effect definite,postoperative recovery time is short,but in the clinical treatment of popularization and application.
