日本的私人企业是一个庞大的体系 ,它在日本社会经济中占据着主导地位。研究日本私人企业的组织结构 ,运作方式以及它们之间的各种关系 ,对于我国民营企业的发展 ,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Japan's private enterprises are a huge system, which has a major position in Japan social economy. We may learn from them the structure of organization, way of operation and their relationship for the development of the local run enterprises in our country.
