发展中国家在收入水平低、资源缺乏时期的经济发展 ,一般选择增长在前环境治理在后的安排 ,经济学家认为这是一个高成本的社会发展战略 ,已经或将要威胁经济增长本身的可持续性。与此相关 ,研究和探讨保护经济环境的“绿色”意义目前尤其显著。在实施经济意义上的“绿色工程”战役中 ,金融环境的优化包括 :强化金融伦理约束 ,构造金融环境净化的微观基础 ,确定金融环境可持续建设的基本运作原则 ,将金融发展的稳定性和持续性有机结合。

The developing countries generally select the system plan of economic growth first and then environmental protection in the economic development period of low income and scarce resource. Economists hold that this is a higher cost social developing strategy and it has been endangering the sustainable development of economic growth itself. Meanwhile, it has notable importance to research how to protect economic environment “green” at present. On carrying out the economic battle of “Green Engineering”, the optimization of financial environment bears the brunt. It includes: enhancing restrain of financial ethics, building the micro base of purifying financial environment, settling the basic operational principles of sustainable construction of financial environment and integrating the stability with persistence of financial development organically.
