我国基金品种创新研究

Study on the Innovation of China Tunds Variety

本文通过对国际基金市场品种创新一般原则的研究 ,认为开放式基金将是未来我国基金品种创新的主要形式 ,但考虑到我国基金市场刚刚开始发育 ,迅速引入开放式基金尚存在许多不确定因素 ,处理不当 ,会引发相应风险。因此 ,作者指出 ,应先试行对机构投资者开放的半开放式基金 ,待条件成熟 ,再逐步发展开放式基金。作者认为 ,这是我国基金品种创新应遵循的主要思路。

On the basis of studying general principles for funds variety innovation in international funds market,it's concluded that open funds shall be the chief form of our innovative funds in the future.However,in consideration that our funds market is still in its infancy,many uncertain factors exist if open funds is intrduced rapidly.Risks will be incurred accordingly if handled improperly.Therefore the arthor points out that a simi-open funds should be tried on those institution investors.Then the open funds shall be developed gradually with conditions mature.Such is the direction of thought our funds variety innovation should follow.
