Opportunities and Challenges Aroused by Network Economy

本文首先从技术发展的角度论述了 Internet的发展是网络经济的技术基础。接着 ,本文说明了知识经济是一种全新的经济范式 ,而网络经济是知识经济的核心。进一步 ,本文重点讨论了网络经济的主要特征。最后 ,本文在分析网络经济给我国经济发展提供的机遇和提出的挑战的基础上 ,对我国发展网络经济提出了具体建议。

This paper expounds the Internet is the technical base of network economy. It is further expounded that network economy is the core of knowledge economy. The primary characteristics of network economy are specifically analyzed in the paper. On the basis of analysing the opportunities and challenges aroused by network economy to China, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of the national network economy.
