热电池FeS_2正极丝网印刷薄膜化制备研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用丝网印刷薄膜电极制备工艺,将FeS2与电解质、导电剂混合,印至基体表面,经真空干燥,制成薄膜正极,其厚度为0.4~0.5 mm。与LiSi合金负极和LiCl-KCl低共熔电解质组成单体电池,将3个单体电池串联封装制成热电池。常温分别以45Ω和4.5Ω恒阻放电,其放电曲线平缓,峰值电压分别达到6.59 V和6.12 V,相比现有粉末压片工艺制备的电池,其单体电池峰值电压提高0.15 V。通过选用不同薄膜基体材料,可使热电池满足不同需求。初步研究表明,新工艺更能适应当前热电池大功率小型化长寿命发展的需要。 A feedstock aqueous slurry included FeS~ electrolyte, conductive agent and water was prepared and pnnted onto a substrate by screen printing thin-film process. Thin-film cathode was treated after vacuum drying and the thickness was 0,4-0.5 ram,Single cell was constructed using LiSi alloy anode and separator based on the LiCI-KCI eutectic by cold pressing of powder, and then 3-cell battery was fabricated. Tested at room temperature under the condition of 45 Ω and 4.5 Ω constant resistance respectively, the batteries bad a smooth discharge curve and peak voltage reached up to 6,59 V and 6,12 V. Compared with the pressed-powder process at present, peak voltage of the single cell made by the new process was improved 0.15 V. Diverse requirement for thermal batteries could be mat by using different substmte materials. The pristudy shows that the new process better met the developmental needs of high-power, small-size, long-life thermal batteries.
