摘要
基于超磁致伸缩微驱动系统的应用,设计了一种多路输出逆变开关电源。该电源以脉宽调制芯片SG3525为核心,采用推挽拓扑转换结构,实现单输入直流电压转换为多路正负直流电压输出,提供给超磁致伸缩微驱动系统的驱动和传感电路。实际运行和测试表明该电源具有稳定性好、电流高、体积小、结构简单的特性,满足微驱动系统的工作要求。
A design of inverse switching power source with multi--output applied in the giant magnetostrictive material micro actuator system was presented. The power source worked with the PWM chip SG3525 and the push pull topology, which could convert single DC input to multiple positive and negative DC output for the GMM driving and sensing circuits. The practical operation and test indicates that the power source has the feature of good reliability, high current, small figure and simple structure and fulfills the requirement of the micro actuator systems.
