摘要
本文阐述了四川省2000年水产业工作重点应抓住西部大开发、农业战略性结构调整及我国即将加入世贸组织这“三大机遇” ,要以只争朝夕精神 ,努力实现该省水产业追赶型跨越式发展。
Expounding the working points of Sichuan Province in 2000,which are the exploitation of western, agriculture strategic structure adjustment and the approaching entrance into the WTO.Pointing out seizing every minute to realize a great development in aquaculture industry of Sichuan Province.
