中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎

Therapeutic effect of combine therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on secretary otitis media

目的观察中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法127例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为对照组63例（73耳）和治疗组64例（75耳），对照组采用西医治疗，治疗组在此基础上辨证服用中药。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为92．0％，对照组治疗后总有效率为72．6％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用西医联合中药的辩证施治治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of combine therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on secretary otitis media. Methods One hundred and twenty-sev- en cases of secretary otitis media were randomly divided into two groups, 63 cases （73 ears） in control group and 64 cases （75 ears） in treatment group. The control group was treated with Western medicine （WM）, the treatment group was given TCM in additional to WM treatment. Results After the therapy, the total effective rate was 92.0% in therapy group and 72.6% in control group, with a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The dialectical treatment by tranditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is a very effective therapy on secretary otitis media.
