摘要
股份合作制与公司制是较适合当前渔业生产力发展的两种新型体制。这两种体制具有不同的形式和特征 ,在实施时既要把握好各自的企业形态特征 ,也要因地制宜 ,选择适合本企业的实际情况的改制模式。
The share cooperative system and corporation system are two types of new systems for current fisheries labors development.During the turning period,the individual characteristics should be considered and the measures should adapt the existing conditions,and a suitable system-changing model should be chosen for the enterprises.
