高压直流换流阀例行试验方法研究及工程实践 被引量:21

摘要 直流换流阀作为高压直流输电系统的核心装备之一,其结构复杂,制造难度大,全面的例行试验是保障其装配及组件性能符合设计要求的重要手段,也是其工程应用的前提条件。文中研究了阀例行试验方法,通过对阀运行中应力分析,并结合标准IEC 60700,提出了阀例行试验项目和试验要求,建立了试验流程,研究了试验电路和相应的试验方案,并投入锦屏—苏南±800 kV高压直流工程中应用,通过实际试验验证了该试验方法的合理性和有效性。 As one of core equipments for HVDC power transmission project,the DC converter valve is complicated in structure and its manufacture is difficult,therefore overall routine test of DC converter valve is an important measure to ensure the performance of both assembling and components of DC converter valve to cope with design requirements,and is also the precondition for its engineering application.The routine test method for the converter valve is researched.By means of analyzing the stress of the converter valve during the operation and combining with IEC 60700 standard,the items of the routine test for the converter valve and the test requirements are put forward;the procedures of the routine test is established and test circuit and corresponding test scheme are researched and applied to ±800 kV UHVDC power transmission project from Jinping to Sunan.The reasonability and effectiveness of the proposed test method are verified by actual test results.
