Research on the Knowledge Sharing Mechanism of the Library Virtual Consulting Team Based on Knowledge Collaboration

虚拟咨询团队以其高知识含量,快捷的知识协同和知识共享,为图书馆参考咨询服务提供了全新的拓展空间。文章以知识协同为切入点,探讨虚拟咨询团队知识共享的运行机制,从共享环境、知识协同、存储系统、共享平台4个方面构建知识共享机制模型,并对共享机制进行深入分析,旨在揭示虚拟咨询团队知识共享的实现策略和方法,以期提升图书馆参考咨询服务能力。

The virtual consulting team provides a new space for development for library reference service with its high content of knowledge and quick knowledge collaboration and sharing. Starting from knowledge collaboration, this article discusses the opera- tional mechanism of knowledge sharing of the virtual consulting team, and constructs a model of knowledge sharing mechanism from 4 aspects, that is, sharing environment, knowledge collaboration, storage system and sharing platform. The article also gives an in-depth analysis of the sharing mechanism and attempts to disclose the strategies and methods of the virtual consulting team for im- plementing knowledge sharing so as to improve the library＇s reference service capabilities.
