摘要
目的:探讨神经电生理检测对慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病的诊断价值。方法:对49例慢性酒精中毒患者进行电生理检查,观察肌电图(EMG)、运动神经传导速度(MCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SCV)的变化情况。结果:49例患者EMG检测综合判断提示神经原性损害。MCV及SCV较对照组有不同程度的减慢(P〈0.01);下肢神经病变重于上肢,感觉神经病变重于运动神经。15例双上肢无临床症状的患者中8例尺神经SCV有改变。结论:神经电生理检测为慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病的临床诊断,特别是早期诊断提供了客观依据。
Objective: To investigate the value of the electrophysiological examination in patients with chronic alcoholism peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Through electrophysiology examination of 49 patients with chronic alcoholism, the changes of their electromyogrom(EMG), motorius conduction velocity(MCV) and sense conduction velocity(SCV) were observed. Results: The EMG of the 49 patients indicated that their neurons were damaged. MCV and SCV slowed down in some degree(P〈0.01). Damage of nerves in the lower limbs were more severe than those in the upper limbs, and the damages of the sensory nerves were more severe than those of the motor nerves. Both upper limbs had no clinical symptoms in all the 15 patients and SCV of the Ulnar nerves of 8 patients had some changes. Conclusion:Electrophysiological examination provides objective basis for the diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy due to chronic alcoholism, especially for the early one.
