These illegal VOIP operating is illegal, and it also will use VOIP landing gateway loopholes to blackmail and fraud. Studying with the current laws,regulations and the VOIP technology principle, the illegal VOIP in the Internet can be found out.According to these characteristics, and finally to establish an effective detection model,so that illegal VOIP gateways is the core of combating illegal VOIP.
