摘要
小儿脏腑娇嫩,脾胃常不足,加之饮食不节,易致饮食积滞。食积可单独为患,也可相兼致病,而发热是食积致病的常见临床表现之一。李燕宁教授习识小儿食积发热之规律,辨证论治力从其根本,妙用经方常药,疗效颇佳。
