中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜202例

202 Cases of Hypersensitive Purpura Cured by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的观察根据中医辨证论治联合干扰素治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法 202例(所选病例共299例,其中排除引起过敏性紫癜性肾炎97例)患者在常规西医对症治疗基础上,采用中医辨证论治并联合干扰素治疗,疗程2 W,观察临床疗效。结果临床痊愈123例,显效46例,有效20例,总有效率为93.56%。结论中医辨证论治联合干扰素治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效肯定。

Result 123 are cured, 46 are obvious, and 20 are effective, the efficiency is 93.56 % o Conclusion the effect on the patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract and hemorrhagic shock by treatment with combined and limited liquid reviving liquorice and Ginseng Lotion is asserted.
