摘要 针对烷基化装置产品质量波动情况,确定主要影响因素,并制定降低"原料总硫含量"和"原料含氧化合物含量"的目标和对策。降低原料总硫含量,必须做到最大程度将原料总硫含量控制在20mg/m3范围内,当原料总硫含量高于20mg/m3时,加强酸再生,保证酸纯度,同时降低装置加工量,减少酸溶性油的生成量;降低原料含氧化合物含量,必须做到最大限度将原料含氧化合物控制在0.1%范围内,将含氧化合物浓度高的组分间断性排出系统,不进入反应系统,将生成的轻质酸溶性油定期通过排放不凝气的方式排至火炬系统,减少在系统内积累产生的影响,亦需降低装置处理量,减少轻质酸溶性油的生成。两项措施实施后,酸纯度明显上涨,说明系统内酸溶性油的含量得到有效控制,从而使进入产品中的重组分含量得到控制,提高了产品质量。 To overcome the dramatic fluctuations in the quality of products from an alkylation unit,technicians studied the main influencing factors and came up with objectives and countermeasures to lower the total sulfur content of feedstock and oxygenated chemical content of feedstock.To reduce the total content of sulfur in feedstock,the total content of sulfur in feedstock must be controlled below 20mg/m3 and when the sulfur content exceeds 20mg/m3,acid regeneration should be strengthened to ensure the purity of the acid while simultaneously reducing the amount of feedstock processed by the unit and the output of acid soluble oil.In order to reduce the content of oxygenated chemicals in feedstock,the content of oxygenated chemicals in feedstock must be limited to 0.1% or below and components with high concentrations of oxygenated chemicals should be discharged from the system intermittently instead of entering the reaction system.Light acid soluble oil generated should be discharged into the flare system regularly in the form of non-condensable gas to reduce the effect of a buildup of the oil in the system.The amount of feedstock processed by the unit should also be lowered to reduce the output of light acid soluble oil.As a result of these measures,the purity of acid increased considerably,indicating that the content of acid soluble oil in the system was brought under effective control.Therefore,the contents of heavy components entering products were reduced and the quality of products produced improved.
