Design and Application of Hospital Director Decision Support System

随着医院信息化的不断发展和业务软件的不断增加,医院产生并积累了大量数据,但各系统相对独立,信息系统积累的数据没有得到有效整合和利用。为此研究院长决策支持系统,面向医院管理层建立有效的数据整合利用机制,提升医院管理水平。首先介绍了系统分析、系统结构和系统设计;其次在系统设计中详细介绍了数据采集和ETL、数据仓库设计和决策支持接口设计;最后介绍了决策支持系统的功能和应用效果。

With the continuous development of the hospital information and the increase of business software, the hospital generated and accumulated a large amount of data. But the system is relatively independent and the accumulated data have not been effectively integration and applied. So the paper studies the hospital director decision support system to establish effective data integration and utilization mechanism oriented managers and enhance the management level of the hospital. First, the paper detailed the system analysis, the system architecture and the design of the system. The design of the system detailed the data acquisition and the ETL, the design of the data warehouse and the design of the decision interface. Last, the paper detailed the function and the application effect of the hospital director decision support system.
