摘要
在查阅、收集了30多年来有关医院信息化发展的资料并进行梳理、分析归纳的基础上,以"我国HIT事业是如何发展过来,形成今天这样繁荣的建设热潮的"为主题,针对激励、推动医院信息化建设的各项因素和发展过程,结合亲身经历,进行总体性回顾、探讨。认为国家和卫生部在14个方面的重大举措是发展的最根本激励因素和原动力,历经6个阶段发展到今天,并期望此文对HIT发展历程的总结和今后进一步发展起到抛砖引玉的参考作用。
The author consulted and collected more than 30 years data about hospital informatiou development and then analysis, with ＂China HIT career is how to develop and the form today＇s prosperous construction upsurge＂ as the theme, aim at various factors motivating and promoting the hospital information construction and process of development, combined with personal experience, cames on the overall review and discuss. The author thinks that：The 14 major measures taken by nation and ministry＇ of health is the most fundamental incentive factors and motive force for development, HIT has been through the six stages of development to today. The author expect this paper will play a valuable reference for the summary of HIT development and further development.
