信息化区域协同智慧医疗体系建设

Construction of Informationized Regional Cooperative Intellectual Medical System

着眼国家医疗信息化发展全局,208医院与珲春市医疗机构、中国移动吉林公司联合建设基于信息化基础之上的区域智慧医疗体系。论证了区域智慧医疗体系的建设思路,以决策支持、个人健康管理、医疗质量评价以及技术支援四大模块分析了系统的主要功能。为实现医疗资源共享、军地融合、共同发展,切实解决群众看病难、看病贵问题,先行迈出探索的步伐。

Considering the whole situation of national medical information development in China, together with medical treatment institutions in Huichun City and China Mobile Jilin Branch, the 208th Hospital of PLA is constructing regional intellectual medical treatnlent system based on informatization. The paper discussed the construction thread of regional intellectual medical treatment system and analyzed the main functions from four aspects, decision supporting, personal health management, medical treatment quality assessment and technical support. To realize medical resource sharing, military and local integration, cooperative development, and to solve the problem of public medical selwice and high expenses, it made the first exploration.
