社会林业制度的理论框架是由三个要素组成的，它可简化为：推动方式─—经营组织制度─—经营内容和方式。本文将福建社会林业发展的实例放在这一理论框架下进行归类分析，分为五种类型：老林区一般型、老林区新生型、老林区特殊型、非林区一般型和非林区特殊型。

The theory frame of social forestry system is made up of three factors, its predigestion:promotion ways-management and organization system-management content and ways. This paper classifies and analyses the instance of Fujian social forestry using the theory frame, its five types: old forestry common type, old forestry renascence type, old forestry special type, new forestry common type and new forestry special type.
