Some Thoughts on the Problem of Disguised Unemployment in State-owned Enterprises

就国企隐性失业的涵义及测量方法进行了理论上的探讨 ,并进一步分析了国企隐性失业带来的负面效应和解决这一问题所面临的主要障碍 。

In this article, the author will probe into the implication and measureing methods of disguised unemployment theoretically. Furthermore, the author will analyze the unfavourable effect which the disguised unemployment has brought about and the main obstacles when solving the problem. Finally, the strategy and the measures that are to handle the problem will be given.
