The writer points out that it enterprises should not rush into mass action in turning liabilities into equity. Its amount should not exceed the limit that banks are willing to hold. He analyzes that the duration period conflict of financial assets managing corporations rests with that if their stock options are liquidated. In this paper, measures are proposed on preventing returning equities to the bank and improving the proficiency of financial assets managing corporations.
