摘要
从电子商务的概念、特点、形式出发 ,现代企业在当今激烈竞争的电子商务时代 ,应紧抓时代赋予的无限商机 ,制定出符合企业自身特点的电子商务经营策略。
In the article proceed from the concept、character and form of electronic commercial affairs, set forth the intense competition of modern enterprise in electronic commercial affairs era at present,how should we grasp the unlimited commercial opportunity , formulate the Managerial strategy of electronic commercial affairs which conforms to the character of enterprise itself.
