国外对华反倾销成因及对策

On the Reason about Anti-dumping to China from Abroad and Its Countermeasures

随着关税的不断降低 ,反倾销这种被关贸总协定和世贸组织认定和许可的贸易保护措施 ,被越来越多的国家频繁使用 ,成为保护本国产业和市场的有效武器。中国已成为反倾销的最大受害国。本文就产生这一现象的原因进行了分析 。

Along with the continuous reduction of customs duties,the anti-dumping belongs to trade protection measures approved and allowed by the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT)and the World Trade Organization (WTO),is being frequently adopted by more and more countries as on effective weapon for protecting national industry and market.In this situation , China has become the biggest victim of it .In this article,the author analyses the cause of this phenomenon and suggests the corresponding countermeasures.
