城市商业银行在进一步深化改革过程中 ,面临着新的机遇和挑战 ,如何加快自身发展 ,提高运作效率 ,为地方经济提供金融支持和服务 ,是城市商业银行需要解决的重要问题。从内、外两个方面分析影响其发展的主要因素 ,可以找出解决问题的方法。

In the process of further deepen the reform of commercial banks in cities confront with new opportunity and challenge .How to speed up the development of itself, raise the efficiency of openation,provide financial support and service for local economy are the important problems which the commercial banks need to solve it.In this article the author analyses the main factor which influence the development of commercial banks from inside and outside two aspects respectively.At the same time the author put forward the measures and suggestions for solving the problems.
