摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务的实施在急性非创伤性腹痛患者中的应用。方法根据优质护理服务模式的要求和原则,对现有的急性非创伤性腹痛的分诊标准进行整改,使用新的分诊评估单,并通过加强业务培训,合理配置人力资源,比较优质护理服务模式实施前后急性非创伤性腹痛分诊的准确率,以及医生和患者对护理人员的满意度。结果使用新的分诊评估单后,急性非创伤性腹痛的分诊时间、待诊时间及分诊准确率有明显提高,患者及医生对护理人员的满意度也大幅度提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论使用急性非创伤性腹痛分诊评估单优化了服务流程,为急腹症患者提供优质、满意的护理服务,能帮助护士提高急腹症患者的分诊准确率,从而提高患者及医生对护理人员的满意度,同时护士自身的价值也得到了体现。
Objective To investigate the effect of the implementation of high quality nursing care in patients with acute non-traumatic abdominal pain. Methods According to the requirements and principles of quality care mode, the existing acute non-traumatic ab- dominal pain triage criteria were rectificated to a new triage evaluation sheet,and strengthen the professional training and allocated hu- man resource reasonably.Then compared the triage accuracy,as well as doctors＇and patients satisfaction before and after the implemen- tation of high quality care model.Results With the use of new triage assessment sheet, triage time, waiting time and accuracy of triage of acute non-traumatic abdominal pain patients were significantly improved （P〈0.05）, and patients＇ and doctors＇ satisfaction with nurs- ing staff also increased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of acute non-traumatic abdominal pain triage assessment sheets can help nurses to improve the triage accuracy,thereby increase the satisfaction of patients＇ and doctors＇ with nurses,and also reflected the value of the nurse＇s own.
