中药组方联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中晚期癌症疼痛的临床研究

The clinical research of Traditional Chinese medicine formula and Morphine Sulfate extended action Tablets on the middle-late cancer pain

目的观察中药组方联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中晚期癌症疼痛的临床疗效。方法将173例中晚期癌症疼痛患者按就诊时间随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予中药组方(益气疏肝化瘀止痛)联合硫酸吗啡缓释片;对照组单纯给予硫酸吗啡缓释片,4周后对2组进行镇痛疗效、生活质量、不良反应进行疗效评价。结果治疗组镇痛总有效率为94%,明显优于对照组,患者的生活质量疗效评分方面的提高稳定率达92%,不良反应明显低于对照组。结论中药(益气活血疏肝化瘀止痛)组方联合硫酸吗啡缓释片可提高中晚期癌症患者的镇痛效果并能提高生活质量、降低其不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine formula and Morphine Sulfate extended action Tablets on the middle-late cancer pain. Methods One hundred and seventy-three cases of middle-late cancer patients with pain were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine formula and Morphine Sulfate extended action Tablets; the control group were simply given Morphine Sulfate extended action Tablets. After four weeks, the two groups were evaluated by pain curative effect, life quality, and adverse reaction. Results In the treatment group, analgesic effective rate was 94%, it was obviously superior to that of the control group. The stability rate in the treatment group for the quality of life of patients with curative effect score was 92%, adverse reaction was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Combination the traditional Chinese medicine formula and Morphine Sulfate extended action Tablets can improve clinical analgesic effect in patients with middle-late cancer, improve the quality of life and reduce its adverse reaction.
