系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种累及多个系统的自身免疫病，临床上肾脏受累60％～80％，糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺是治疗狼疮肾炎的主要药物，但因环磷酰胺（CTX）的不良反应较大，有可能给患者带来骨髓抑制、性腺抑制、感染、
