良性直肠类癌的诊断与治疗三例分析

摘要 类癌是起源于神经内分泌细胞的肿瘤，可以发生在全身各个部位，包括消化道、呼吸道、纵隔、肝、肾、内分泌腺、乳腺等。消化道是类癌发病率最高的部位，占87％，其次为呼吸道，约占10％，其他部位的类癌罕见。收集我院2005年12月至2010年12月经结肠镜检查并病理证实的类癌3例，均行内镜下治疗，取得较好疗效，现报告如下。
