基于内容分析法的国际环保非政府组织运行机制研究

Investigation on the Operating Mechanism of International Environmental Non-Government Organizations Based on Content Analysis

在分析国际环保非政府组织研究现状的基础上,从组织治理机制、活动机制、传播机制、资金来源及分配机制、人员构成机制等5个方面对18个国际环保非政府组织进行运行机制研究。结果显示:国际环保NGO都是以环境或某一特定领域的研究为基础,以自然与环境的可持续发展为目标的组织;其开展活动的内容和方式多样化;传播方式及途径多种多样;基金来源各不相同,基金会是主要资金来源;在组织的人员构成方面,不同背景、不同宗旨的组织人员构成有很大的不同,以研究为主的组织其科学家、学者占多数,而以活动宣传为主的组织其志愿者占人员构成的大部分。

Based on the status quo of the international environmental non-government organizations, taking organizational governance mechanisms, activities mechanisms, propagation mechanisms, sources and allocation mechanisms of funding, human resource structure mechanisms as the operation mechanisms of 18 international environmental NGOs, the results show that： the international environmental NGOs are based on the study of environment or a particular field, and take the sustainable development of nature and environment as the goal; the content and mode of the activities are diversified; the patterns and approaches of propagation are of great variety; the sources of each fund is different, with foundation as its main source; and as for the personnel structure in those organizations, it varies with the back- ground and purpose of the organization, scientists and scholars constitute the majority in research-based organizations, while volunteers ac- counts for the major personnel force in campaign-oriented organizations.
