分析了风险管理对开源情报的需求及风险管理中开源信息的主要类型。在此基础上,论述了风险管理中开源情报的挖掘内容,并围绕开源情报的挖掘,提出风险"监测-预警-决策"系统的组成部分、运行流程和保障机制。

This article analyses the demands of Open Source Intelligence in Risk Management, and introduces the basic types of Open Source Intelligence. On the basis of such introduction, this article discusses what can be mined in Open Source Information. Centered with data mining, this article discusses the construction, processing and support mechanism of risk ＂Supervising-Early Warning-Decision Making＂ system.
