摘要
如今网络已经成为信息交换的工具,网络中出现了大量的用户评论信息,利用产品评论挖掘技术获取竞争产品的情报数据,对于企业和用户都具有重要意义。利用已有的研究成果,将产品评论挖掘应用于竞争产品的优势分析之中。并以手机为例,以iPhone4和N8作为研究对象,经过数据采集、预处理、建立产品特征集合和评论观点集合、评论观点的极性与强度判断等工作,量化用户观点,以4种图表形式显示结果,并根据图表分析竞争产品的优势及需要改进的方向。
Nowadays the network has become a tool for information exchange and huge amount of user comments appeared in it. Using product reviews mining technique to acquire competitive product information data is of great significance for both enterprises and users. This paper, using the existing research results, applied product reviews mining in the advantage analysis of competitive products. Taking cell phone as an example, using iPhone4 and N8 as the research objects, through data collection, pretreatment, setting up product feature set and commentary views set, and analyzing the polarity and strength of reviews, users" views were quantified and the results were dis- played with four charts, then the competitive product advantage and the direction to improve were analyzed.
