摘要
生物产业是典型的技术密集型产业,生物技术的专利数据能够直接反映生物产业的发展水平。以中国知识产权网(CNIPR)、美国(USPTO)、SOOPAT、世界知识产权局(WIPO)等专利库的专利信息为基础,将北京生物产业的专利数据与美国、日本以及我国其他省市生物产业的专利数据进行对比分析,分析内容主要包括专利申请量、专利合作率、专利维持年限、专利授权率、技术发明活动指数等。在此基础上,分析了北京生物产业的发展现状,包括优势、劣势、机会和威胁因素。最后,从构建产业共性技术创新体系、加快国际专利布局、构建专利联盟等角度提出了发展北京生物产业的对策。专利分析从定量角度反应了北京生物产业的发展现状。为研究技术密集型产业的发展现状提供新思路。
Biotechnology industry is a typical technology-intensive industry and biotechnology patent data can directly reflect the biologi- cal industry development level. This article take patent information of China Intellectual Property { CNIPR ), USPTO , SOOPAT, World Intellectual Property Office ( WIPO ) patent database as the basis, make a comparative analysis among the patent data of Beijing, the U- nited States, Japan and other cities of China , mainly patent application, patent cooperation rate, patent maintain period, patent licensing rate, technical invention activity index and so on. On this foundation, the paper analyzes Beijing biological industry ' s present situation, including the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. Finally, the paper put forward countermeasure of biotechnology indus- try in Beijing from the construction of industrial generic technology innovation system, the construction of international patentsconstruct pa- tent alliance. Patent analysis reflects Beijing biological industry development from the quantitative angleprovides a new train of thought for the study of intensive industry development.
