我国中小企业知识产权保护状况实证研究

An Empirical Study on the SMEs' Intellectual Property Protection in China

为明确中小企业的知识产权保护现状,文章依据中国统计局有关专题资料,采用数理统计方法对我国中小企业知识产权保护现状进行实证研究,分析结果表明我国中小企业的知识产权保护情况及选择方式受到企业是否有创新活动、企业所在产业等因素的影响,而进行知识产权保护的企业比例与地域的经济状况关联不是很大。总的来说,拥有自主品牌、技术秘密和注册商标是我国中小企业采用最多的知识产权保护方式。

Using the data from the National Bureau of Statistics of China and applying statistics method, it studies the actual situation of the SMEs ＇ intellectual property protection. The study shows it is impacted by the innovation activities of the enterprises and the enterprise ＂s industry classification, while the proportion of the enterprises providing intellectual property protection isn＇t associated with the regional economic conditions greatly. In general, independently-owned brand, technology know-how and registered trademark are among the most adopted modes of the intellectual property protection of SMEs in China.
