大学图书馆开放型知识服务模式研究

Research on Open Knowledge Service Model in University Libraries

在构建科技创新体系过程中,大学图书馆信息服务的贡献能力尤为重要。通过查阅相关文献,定义大学图书馆知识服务和开放型知识服务的内涵与特征,分析大学图书馆开放型知识服务的可行性,阐述大学图书馆开放型知识服务的内容,并建立大学知识服务模式、馆企知识服务模式、馆政知识服务模式、科技中介知识服务模式四种知识服务模式,提出开放型知识服务模式的创新策略。四种知识服务模式通过大学图书馆门户网站由学科馆员(CSO)、企业馆员(CEO)、政府馆员(CGO)、专利馆员(CPO)分别管理,相辅相成、互利共生构成大学图书馆知识服务系统。

It is particularly important to develop the contribution ability of information service for the university libraries in constructing scientific and technological innovation system. Based on relevant literatures, this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of knowledge service and open knowledge service in university library, analyzes the feasibility of open knowledge service, elaborates the con- tents of open knowledge service, puts forward the innovation strategy of the open knowledge service, and establishes four types of knowl- edge service patterns of university knowledge service model, enterprise-library knowledge service model, government-library knowledge service model, and science and technology intermediary knowledge service model. The four types of knowledge service models are admin- istrated separately by Subject Librarian { CSO ）, Enterprise Librarians { CEO }, Government Librarians I CGO }, and Patent Librarian （ CPO } through the website portal of the university libraries, complementing each other in a symbiotic relationship, and form a knowledge service system in university libraries.
