摘要
该文通过对真实挡墙模型的红外热成像检测实验,研究了不同缺陷深度、大小等因素对缺陷所在表面的温度和温差的影响变化规律,最后利用Matlab语言及图像处理技术对挡墙红外热图像进行处理,计算挡墙的缺陷面积,并与实际缺陷面积进行了比较。结果表明,缺陷实际面积与Matlab分析计算得出的结果相差不大,说明采用该处理方法在挡墙缺陷面积计算中是可行的,可为及时保养和处理内部隐患及检测挡墙的安全性提供依据。
Based on the infrared thermographic testing on the real retaining wall model, impacts of different detect depths and sizes on the temperature and temperature difference of defected surface are studied, the infrared thermographic images are treated through Matlab language and image processing and the defected area is calculated and compared with the actual defected area. The results show that the actual defected area is close to the one Matlab calculated, testifying that the treatment method is feasible in the defected area calculation and can offer some evidence for timely maintenance and treat- ment of internal hazards as well as the safety of retaining wall.
