Shanghai Steam Turbine Co.Ltd. has developed starting techniques for the licensed type steam turbines, accompanied by relevant DEH soft wares fitting any type of boiler and can meet the tequirements of various by pass arrangenents and which have already successfully been used on 300MW and 600MW sets in this country.
