多索茶碱在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Doxofylline in the Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

目的:探讨多索茶碱在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的临床疗效。方法:将2010年4月—2012年7月于本院进行治疗的86例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组43例和观察组43例,后将两组患者不同症状体征的总有效率和治疗前、后的肺功能指标进行比较。结果:观察组不同症状体征的总有效率均高于对照组,而肺功能治疗后5d和10d的各个指标均优于对照组,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:多索茶碱在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的临床疗效较佳,可较快改善患者的肺功能。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of doxofylline in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Methods：86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in our hospital from April 2010 to July 2012 were divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group according to the random number ta- ble, then the total effective rate of different symptoms and signs and pulmonary function indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results.The observation group＇s total effective rate of different symptoms and signs were all higher than those of control group, pulmonary function indexes after the treatment at fifth and tenth day were all better than those of control group, all P〈0. 05, there were all significant differences. Conehtsion. The clinical effect of doxofylline in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases is better, and it can quickly improve the pulmonary function of patients.
