摘要
考察在超临界二氧化碳萃取藿香叶浸膏工艺中萃取时间、二氧化碳流量、萃取温度、萃取压力四个因素对萃取率的影响。利用单因素试验以及正交试验得到相应实验数据,对这些数据进行多元多项式拟合,得到反映工艺条件与萃取率之间关系的数学模型,由此模型计算出最佳工艺条件。
Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment are adopted to investigate extracting time, CO2 flow rate, extracting temperature and extracting pressure on the chouli leaf concrete by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid.
