苹果渣醋对高脂大鼠减肥降脂作用的研究

Effect of Apple Pomace Vinegar on Weight Losing and Lipid Lowing of High-lipid Rats

目的:研究苹果渣醋对高脂大鼠体重及血清中脂代谢水平的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为5组,除正常对照组外,其余4组给予高脂饲料,建立高脂大鼠模型。高脂大鼠连续灌喂苹果渣醋30天后,观察大鼠体重、血脂变化。结果:苹果渣醋能显著降低高脂大鼠体重,TG,TC,LDL-C和AI值,明显提升HDL-C值。结论:苹果渣醋对高脂大鼠具有减肥降脂作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of apple pomace vinegar on weight and lipid metabolism of high-lipid rats. Methods： Divide the rats into five groups randomly; four groups are fed with high-fat diet except for the normal control group. After the high-lipid rats. being fed with apple pomace vinegar continually for 30 days, observe the changes of body weights and serum lipid levels of rats. Results： Apple pomace vinegar could obviously reduce the body weights of rats, the contents of TG, TC, LDL-C and AI. In contrast, it could also improve HDL-C in serum. Conclusion. Apple pomace vinegar has effect on losing weight and lowing serum lipid of high-lipid rats.
