摘要
采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取十三香精油,通过单因素试验研究了CO2流量、萃取时间、萃取压力和萃取温度对精油得率的影响,正交试验确定了超临界CO2萃取十三香精油的最佳条件:CO2流量20L/h、萃取时间2.5h、萃取压力27MPa和萃取温度40℃。研究结果为十三香精油的提取工艺提供了技术参数,可应用于工业化生产。
Thirteen-spice essential oil is extracted by supercritical-CO2-fluid extraction technology. The effects of CO2 flow, extraction time, extraction pressure and extraction temperate on essential oil yield are studied by single factor experiment. The obtained optimum technological conditions of extraction by orthogonal experiment are as follows: CO2 flow of 20 L/h, extraction time of 2.5 h, extraction pressure of 27 MPa and extraction temperature of 40 ℃. The research results provide technical parameters for the extraction process of thirteen-spice essential oil, which is applicable for industrial production.
