摘要
文章建立了高效液相色谱法测定食品中的对羟基苯甲酸酯的方法,色谱柱TC-C18,(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(70∶30),流速0.8mL/min。二极管阵列检测器,检测波长255nm,柱温30℃。加标回收率为84%~103%,方法简便、快速、灵敏度高。
Method is established to determine p-hydroxybenzoic acid esters in food by high performance liquid chromatography, with TC-C18 column (4.6× 250 mm, 5 μm), by MeOH/H2O (70 = 30), flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. Wavelength of 255 nm, column tempreture of 30℃ with Photodiode Array De- tector. Recovery of p-hydroxybenzoic acid esters is 84%-103%. The method is simple and of high sensitivity.
