摘要
目的:观察玉屏风散传统饮片汤剂与配方颗粒汤剂对免疫抑制小鼠IL-2、IFN-γ含量的影响,探讨玉屏风散颗粒剂替代传统饮片的可能性。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、环磷酰胺组(模型组)、玉屏风散饮片低、高剂量组(5,10 g.kg-1)ig、玉屏风散配方颗粒低、高剂量组(5,10 g.kg-1)ig,每日1次,连续10 d。眼球取血,采用ELISA法检测各组小鼠血清中IL-2、IFN-γ的含量。结果:与正常对照组比,环磷酰胺组IL-2、IFN-γ含量明显降低(P<0.01);与环磷酰胺组比,玉屏风散饮片高剂量组和配方颗粒高剂量组IL-2、IFN-γ参数均显著升高(P<0.01),且两组间差异无显著性意义。结论:玉屏风散配方颗粒汤剂升高免疫抑制小鼠IL-2、IFN-γ的参数与传统饮片汤剂相当,玉屏风散配方颗粒汤剂可以替代其传统饮片。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jade Screen Powder in decoction of traditional cut crude drug and in decoction of prescription dispensing granule on IL-2 and IFN-γ, and investigate the substitute possibility of Jade Screen Powder prescription dispensing granule to replace its traditional cut crude drug. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into normal control group, CTX group ( model group), low and high dose group of Jade Screen Powder's cut crude drug (5,10 g ·kg^-1) , low and high dose group of Jade Screen Powder's prescription dispensing granule (5, 10 g · kg^-1). Respectively the mice in each group were given to the medicine once a for 10 days. Then the blood was taken from eyeball, and IL-2 and IFN- γcontent were detected by ELISA. Re- suits: Compared with in normal control group, IL-2 and IFN- γ in high dose group of Jade Screen Powder's cut crude drug and in high dose group of Jade Screen Powder's prescription dispensing granule were significantly in- creased (P 〈 0.01 ). And there was not significant difference among the groups. Conclusion: Jade Screen Powder's prescription dispensing granule is equivalent to its decoction of traditional cut crude drug on increasing IL-2 and IFN- γ. Jade Screen Powder's prescription dispensing granule can replace its decoction of traditional cut crude drug.
